Paper Cutz Challenge #111

Hello My Friends.

What beautiful fall weather we are having here is southern Illinois.
Come on over to Paper Cutz Challenge and join me and the fantastic DT for a fun and unique challenge this week.  Our leader and very talented Mary, has come up with a great challenge this week.

The challenge this week is:   "Shake, Rattle and Roll" Make a card, LO or craft project for Halloween with a hand stamped, digital stamped, or Cricut cut image of a skeleton, or a skull and crossbones, BUT make it cute, NOT SPOOKY! Use any colors you'd like.

Here is my card that I made to share with all you wonderful crafters:

I use the mini monster cartridge to make the skeleton on my card.
The ribbon I got from the neat little shop in Centraila, IL.
I got the skull and bone gems from my wonderful RAK buddy:  Becky  at Buzzy Bee Designs
She has been a fabulous Rak friend.
The sentiment is from Pink by Designs.
All the paper is some that my niece had got for me.  We share all the paper packs that we get.
I used the Martha Steward drippy goo punch.  This is a fun and useful punch.

Here is the inside of my card.  I cut them out with my decorative scissors.
The Happy Haunting stamp is from a $1.00 stamp bin at Micheal's.

I hope to see all of your designs entered at PCC this week.  I will be looking for your project.

Have fun with this challenge.

World Card Day

Be sure to check out my blog tomorrow at noon for my card for the Inking It up Crazy world card day challenges.

Paper Cutz Challenge #110

Hi My Friends,

What a busy month I feel as if I have been neglecting you and me.  I have not had much time to blog or to create.  But I did find time this week between work, LeRoy, and my sweet precious twins.  They are growing so much already.  And I sure enjoy spoiling them.  LOL..

So now on with the challenge.  At PCC we are having a fun and buttoning challenge this week.

The challenge is  "Button Up for Fall" Make a card, LO or craft project for Fall using lots of buttons and any colors you’d like.

I had so much fun  making this card.  And all the buttons.  I made it for my mother and father-in-laws anniversary.  Which is next week.  I hope they and you all like it.

The flower design came from Accent Essential and cut at 3 1/2 inches.
I use my gypsy to cut two different layers.
I added four different fall colored buttons around the edge.
The ribbon is orange and tan checked.
I added two orange buttons and added several different threads .
I stamped the word forever and added a heart brad in the middle.
The flower in the center is a ivory, red, orange, and burgundy flower put together by a button brad.

I hope that I see all of your projects on  the PCC blog challenge this week.  So hop on over there and link up your fantastic ideas.

Paper Cutz Challenge #108

Good Morning All:

The weather here in Illinois is beautiful this morning.  Some rain earlier but not nice and cool and a bit cloudy.  Great weather for camping.  But not camping this weekend.  Spending the weekend at home resting, crafting and enjoying grandbabies.

This weeks challenge at PCC is:  "Going to the Pumpkin Patch" Make a card, LO or craft project for Fall using Cricut cut, hand stamped, or digital stamped pumpkins, and any colors you’d like!

I had a great time looking through all the pumpkins that I have on cricut, stamps, and digi's and I settled on this one from the cartridge Mini Monsters.  I just got this cart. and loving it.  This pumpkin sure made me smile.  I cut it at 3 1/2 inches.
The stamp was one that I got from Joann's.  Then I added the four small jewels on each corner of the cut  which I used a corner punch on a rectangle piece of paper.
All the papers that I used were from DCWV.  Which is the biggest part on my collection.
I added stickles to the word smile.
The ribbon is one I got from a ribbon swap I participated in last year.

Here is my card:

Hope you all come and join us at Paper Cutz Challenge this week.  Would love to see your projects.

Paper Cutz Challenge

This weeks challenge was DT choice.  Diane came up with the challenge it is Designer's Choice Challenge #107. Create a card, layout, or papercraft using at least 2 Cricut cut or stamped images of zoo animals. Add some dimension or bling and use any colors or ocassion you'd like.

Last week I made a LO for Tilee and this week I made one for Ayden.  There books are now started and have tons to go.
The twins are doing well was a bit worry about Ayden cause he wasn't eating well but this week he has started eating and making up for the past.  So think he is on his way.

On with my project.

The My shining star is from Micky Mouse font cart.
The lion and the elephant was cut at 2 inches from the Create a Critter cartridge.
I made the pic frames at 4x6 and trimmed around them with decorated scissors.
Add a bit of stickles on the MY.
Put some little monkey stickers on each corner of the pic frames.  It turned out so cute.
There pic's will look great on here.
